Taking an Assessment


The assessments are untimed, but each is designed to take between 30 and 35 minutes for a student to complete.
A formula sheet will be available for questions requiring the use of a formula, and students are allowed to have access to a calculator.   

For the Pre-Algebra assessment a calculator may not be used for questions 1-5, a calculator may only be used for questions 6-30. 
 
Select the class, and ensure the Assignments tab is selected. To begin the assessment, locate it under All Assigned and click Open.  
 


Alternatively, locate the assessment by first filtering for Assessments in the dropdown menu.


On the first page of the assessment, click Start to go to the first question. 
 


To navigate the questions, either click Next or select a particular Page Number.  
 
 

To exit the assessment and save your progress, click the Floppy Disk icon on the player menu. 
 
 

To flag a question to revisit later, click the Flag icon on the player menu. 
   


Once the assessment is ready to submit, click the Submit button available on the last page.  


                
Once the assessment has been successfully submitted, you will receive the following message:
