Exporting Class Scores

A CSV file of all the scores associated with a class can be downloaded directly from P2C.  This file can be used to import scores into your external LMS or gradebook.

After selecting your desired class, click the Scores tab from the Class Details page.

Click the Export icon.

The CSV file will include information for every student including:
  1. Student Name
  2. Email
  3. Assignment ID
  4. Assignment Details
  5. Due Date
  6. Due Time
  7. Assignment Type
  8. Standards (if applicable)
  9. Activity Name
  10. Student Score
  11. Max Score
  12. Total Number of Questions
  13. Questions Attempted
  14. Questions not yet Scored
  15. Submitted Date
  16. Submitted Time
Using the dropdown menus to select Curriculum, Chapter, and Assignment will not affect which scores are exported.  Selecting the Export icon will always download all of the scores associated with that class.

A separate CSV file containing the class assessment scores can be downloaded by selecting the Assessments tab, then clicking the Export icon.

Exporting Student Scores

A CSV file can be downloaded containing all the scores of just one student in a particular class.

After selecting your desired class, click the Scores tab from the Class Details page.

From the Student list, select the name of the student.

This will open their Student Scores page. From here, click the Export icon to download all of the scores associated with this student for this class.

This Student Scores CSV file will include the same fields as the Class Scores CSV file, except it will be limited to only this one student.
