Values Matcher

Values Matcher

The Values Matcher will help you to identify and understand your work-related values, needs, and beliefs.

From the Career Explorer menu in the top navigation bar, select My Career Page.



Under Values Matcher, click the Take button.



Click the Begin button to sort the 20 cards.




Instructions are available at the top.  Click on the “>” to expand the instructions.



Drag the card displayed at the top to the column that matches your importance level.  Another card will display after the card is placed in a column.



Once there are four cards in each column, click the Go to results button.



The Values Matcher results will display with an option to retake.  The results will now also be displayed in the Matcher Results section of My Career Page.  Click the View careers button to explore relevant careers.
